Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to Motorprotek! We value your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 20-day return policy on unused items in their original condition and packaging. However, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period. If you receive a damaged, inaccurate, or defective item, simply contact us through our "Contact Us" page within 20 days. We'll guide you through the process of sharing photographs and videos of the item for review. Please ensure the bottle is sealed, as returns cannot be initiated once the seal is broken. Refunds are applicable for damaged products, otherwise, we'll provide a replacement. A return shipping fee of INR 150 will be charged. Pickup service is available within 4-5 days upon request, although it may not be available in all areas. Alternatively, you can ship the item yourself. Once the return passes our quality check, refunds will be initiated within 5 business days via your selected mode, with the return shipping fee deducted from the final refund amount.
